About

I am a fourth-year PhD candidate in the Statistical Science Department at Duke University, advised by Professor Alex Volfovsky.

My primary research interests lie in Causal Inference, specifically focusing on advanced experimental design. I investigate the use of rerandomization techniques to enhance the efficiency and precision of treatment effect estimators. Prior to my graduate studies, I completed a Dual Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Data Analytics from The Ohio State University.

Beyond my research, I am enthusiastic about teaching and mentorship. I am committed to making complex statistical concepts accessible and fostering responsible data usage among students.

In my personal time, I enjoy baking treats for department tea time, spending quality time with friends and family, and enjoying the outdoors (provided the mosquitos aren’t too active!).
