DARTS: Targeting Prognostic Covariates in Budget-Constrained Sequential Experiments

This preprint introduces DARTS, a design-based method for sequential experiments with a limited covariate-acquisition budget. The method combines adaptive covariate selection with rerandomization and regression adjustment to improve efficiency while preserving valid inference.
